First Hand Massage Therapy

Stacy Pel started First Hand Massage Therapy in 1994, after graduating at the top of her class from the Brenneke School of Massage located in Seattle, Washington.

Early in her career, Stacy worked for a chiropractic office where she learned hands-on deep tissue and rehabilitation skills. She also freelanced in a popular local gym with trainers and athletes, gaining experience working with amateurs to professionals.

While building her business and growing a list of loyal clientele, Stacy has continued to develop her skills and education. To further enhance and expand her business, she has also hired a number of therapists to provide excellent service to the community and corporate world.

First Hand Massage continues to operate a full-time practice in Lynnwood, Washington. Conveniently located between I-5 and Mill Creek, her practice coordinates care with many local physical therapy, medical and chiropractic clinics, focusing on deep tissue massage and rehabilitation after accidents and injuries.
